Yogic Values & Living Principles: Explore the 10 foundational values of yoga, a grounded framework to help you live with clarity and intention in a fast-moving world

The Science of Positive Thinking: Develop awareness of your inner dialogue and its impact on your experience, and learn practical ways to shift habitual patterns toward clarity, steadiness, and supportive thinking

The Chariot Model of the Body: An ancient model for understanding the relationship between the body, senses, mind, and higher self, bringing greater awareness to how you think, feel, and act

The Three Gunas: Learn the subtle qualities of energy in your food and environment, and how they influence your moods and habits while cultivating greater balance in everyday life

Healthy Living Principles: Learn and apply practical tools for sleep, nutrition, and routine, supporting greater clarity and vitality in daily life

 

Masculine & Feminine Energy: Explore these complementary forces within yourself, others and your relationships to cultivate greater depth in your relationships and more effective communication

Receive weekly summary sheets to help you retain and integrate each lesson. Use these to revise and refer to them as a guide upon course completion.

 

Access to recorded lessons

Receive access to all recorded lessons for revision and the occasional missed class. Revisit the teachings in your own time and move through the content at a self-paced rhythm


A Journaling and Meditation practiceExpect a guided journaling and meditation practice to assist in your journey of self-inquiry. You'll also notice occasional homework tasks to keep you inspired, self-accountable and committed to your personal growth

Group Support and Assistance

Stay inspired through the group dynamic. This course is your personal journey, but you’ll move through it as part of a group, supported and encouraged by others on the same path.

About the Teacher
Christine Green Yoga.jpg
Christine Chu

Christine has been immersed in her yoga practice since the age of 14. What started as a curiosity over challenging  movements, ultimately grew to become a deep appreciation of mindfulness and self-inquiry.

She quickly began employing her practice as a tool to help navigate daily challenges; bringing yoga both on and off her mat. With her Bachelors in Physiotherapy, Christine's thorough  knowledge of human anatomy inspires her teaching of safe and functional practices. Christine is Yoga Alliance 500hrRYT Certified.
