Build habits and achieve goals that reflect your true potential. Combining neuroscience, therapeutic tools, and behavioral science in a dynamic accountable group environment, we'll clarify goals, overcome self-doubt, and create long lasting change that moves beyond a life stifled by excuses, comfort zones and self-imposed limitations.

Course: Habit Creation Sessions (HCS)

"Yesterday, you said "tomorrow"."

One of our favourite courses to run - Too many of us live far below our true potential. Held back by excuses, low energy, and a lack of clear direction, we repeat the same year over and over - relegating our goals, conscious decision-making, and growth to an elusive "someday."

Let's break the cycle. In 12 weeks, combine modern neuroscience and behavioral psychology with a range of evidence-based tools to set your momentum in motion, build unshakable self-esteem, and make lasting holistic changes—from shifting your mindset to embedding daily healthy habits.

We'll learn:

  • The science of goal attainment

  • Critical neuroarchitecture for habit formation

  • The science of habit formation

  • How to overcome maladaptive behaviours (unwanted habits) and consciously replace them with more aligned habits

  • The conscious and subconscious mind and their effects on your sense of self

  • An extensive range of tools for every stage of the behavioural and goal attaining process

Note: While our offerings often draw from Eastern practices, this course leans heavily on evidence-based Western neuroscience and behavioral science.

"My only disappointment is that it's taken me 50 years to learn this ..."
