Electric Breath: Your Tool for Change

Connect with your breath like never before and learn to use the breath as your own natural medicine to rapidly enhance energy, lift your mood and maximise your mental clarity. 
In anticipated collaboration with Jackson Merritt from ReWired Co , join us in a transformative breath journey rooted in ancient yogic breath techniques that allow you to connect to your breath and nourish your nervous system like never before. Expect intentional yoga postures to optimise the body for a rejuvenating breath practice, followed by deep, energetic breathwork and balancing breath techniques . 
With the support of community, expect to feel the uplifting power of collective practice as you surround yourself with like-minded others. Allow yourself to be guided, to breathe, release stored emotions, stagnant energy and bodily tensions, before closing off with a powerful closing meditation and radiant, 3-course vegan meal leaving you feeling whole, nourished and completely renewed.

Learn the 4 components on the mind and about the 3 gunas, influencing energies that pull the mind into unconscious thoughts and patterns.
Leave with clarity, confidence and mastery over the mind and make the mind the greatest tool you wish you discovered sooner.
