Coming in 2026...
"I can do nothing for you but work on myself...
You can do nothing for me but work on yourself"
This 6-week course invites adults and parents who want to lead by example, to live with greater clarity, balance, and purpose. Together we’ll explore the Chariot model of self-mastery, the three Gunas; the energies that shape our choices, the dance of masculine and feminine forces in relationships and communication, and practical, nourishing yogic principles for healthy living.
Rooted in timeless philosophy yet designed for modern life, this course is both practical and transformative. For parents, it’s an opportunity to embody the values you wish to pass on; for all adults, it’s a chance to realign with your authentic self and step into a more intentional way of living.

Whatever action a great man performs, common men follow. And whatever standards he sets by exemplary acts, all the world pursues.
Bhagavad Gita 3.21
