Dean Boyle
Dean’s journey has been one of transformation. Once caught in a cycle of partying, drinking, and living only for play, he eventually discovered breathwork and yoga, practices that reshaped the course of his life.

Now over three years alcohol-free, and committed to a vegetarian lifestyle, Dean lives with purpose and clarity. His days begin with early mornings, healthy movement, prayer, and mindful practices that keep him grounded and inspired. 

His mission is to transform men’s lives and to inspire them to lead exemplary lives; whether single or married, with children or without. Dean is passionate about helping men step into better health, greater wellbeing, and real connections, while also nurturing stronger social and family relationships.

As a teacher, he brings authenticity and lived experience, guiding others to discover their own strength, balance, and deeper sense of meaning.
