About Soulful Sundays
A weekly sanctuary and class to help you reflect, reconnect, and inspire for the week ahead. Each Sunday, we’ll learn ancient yoga philosophy, reflect through journalling and integrate our lessons with a grounding meditation or pranic healing. Answering life’s bigger questions whilst implementing wisdom in the everyday.
